US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before submission.

No Order Edit Policy

Once an order is submitted, order processing begins. As a result, order modifications and cancellations are not permitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

All orders are processed Monday-Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please note we do not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame(s) we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Customer is at fault if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. We only ship within the U.S.

DrïM beauty offers free standard shipping for all US orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer shipping outside of the US.

RETURNS

At DrïM beauty, customer satisfaction is vital to us, however, due to hygiene and sanitary concerns, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

All products are formulated to be safe for all skin types, but if you have specific skin/health concerns please consult your dermatologist about the list of ingredients found on the website and on the back/side of your product.

We inspect and take pictures of our products before we ship to ensure that you are not receiving damaged items in keeping with our No Refund/No Return/No Exchange policy.
